The Home Economics Subject!!!!

HELE or Home Economics & Livelihood Education is one of the subjects being taught here in the Philippines. It's all about Family, Culinary Arts, Industrial Arts , Agriculture, and, Entrepreneurship, and Personality Development. Basic lessons about the topics mentioned are discussed to grades four to six for elementary. Here, the learners learned skills that can be used at home and in everyday life situation.
The skills learned are useful skills. Starting from the development of a certain individual and how he/she can do his/her responsibility to his/her family, to community, and later to his/her country. This subject offers a lot of things that the students, at their young age can already make use of it, and can even earn and benefit out of it.

Therefore, we can say that the subject HELE (Home Economics and Livelihood Education) is really a good subject to be taught both in elementary, high school, and even in college.
This subject must not be subjected to be omitted nor replaced by other new subjects. They can just add new subjects but they should never think of deleting it. This subject may also be revised for improvements. And in any part that you will look at it, it is tested and proven that the HELE subject did a great job since it was implemented and it has gone a long way in affecting the lives of many people.
